Smart Floor Lite – Quick-Change Rear Seat Floor for INEOS Grenadier
Transform your INEOS Grenadier’s rear passenger area in minutes with the Buzz Overland Smart Floor Lite – the fastest and most flexible way to gain a flat load platform without committing to a full rear seat delete. Proudly designed and manufactured in the UK, this lightweight bolt-on deck attaches directly to the factory rear seat frame.
Ideal for weekend missions and spontaneous adventures, the Smart Floor Lite installs or removes in under 30 minutes with no drilling or permanent modifications required. The innovative 70/30 split design lets you keep one passenger seat in place while removing the other section for extra storage – or remove both sections for a completely flat load area.
Key Features:
- Ultra-Fast Install & Removal – Bolt-on to the rear seat frame in under 30 minutes. Perfect for weekend warriors who want maximum flexibility.
- 70/30 Split Design – Keep one seat for a passenger (or child/dog) while gaining serious storage space on the other side – or remove both for full cargo mode.
- Integrated L-Track Cutouts – Built-in L-Track slots let you easily tie down fridges, cargo, recovery gear, or other accessories securely.
- Lightweight & Strong – Precision-crafted from durable 4mm 5052 aluminium for excellent strength-to-weight ratio.
- No Drilling Required – Fully reversible bolt-in system that preserves your Grenadier’s factory integrity.
- Flat Load Platform – Creates a strong, level deck ideal for sleeping platforms, fridge slides, drawer modules, and custom builds.
- Full Compatibility – Works seamlessly with Buzz Overland storage systems, fridge slides, and other interior accessories.
- UK-Made Quality – Built tough for real overlanding conditions.
Whether you’re heading out for a quick weekend trail run or loading up for a longer expedition, the Smart Floor Lite gives you the versatility your INEOS Grenadier deserves. Quick to install, easy to live with, and ready for whatever the weekend throws at you.

I have a large dog that I always travel with. The Buzzoverland Smart Floor Light two piece backseat platform system is perfect for my needs. It is easy to install. The beaty of the system is I can fairly quickly remove the 40% side with a couple of tools (allen wrench & socket wrench) ti reinstall the 40% seat side for the occassions when I have a 2nd passenger. I covered the platfor with some rubber backed outdoor carpet held down on the edges with remivable carpet tape to prevent sliding. I made two covered foam pads so my dog has a soft place to ride. The height makes it easier for my dog to rest her head on the center console but she still has the AC from the vents cooling her off.
Easy to install, excellent quality, a perfect fit
A great way of making more storage space in a station wagon. The units are very easy to install with a quick turnaround putting the seats back in. Gives me far more confidence having heavy items like full water bowsers in the back when they can be secured properly.
